This Privacy Policy explains what information the Zolpol app and website (collectively, “Zolpol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect from users (“you,” “user”), how we use, store, and share that information, and what rights you have regarding your information.

Zolpol is a community-based digital platform with multiple modules, including Polls, Events, Wallet, Marketplace, Photographer, Instant Jobs, and My Business, with additional modules that may be added in the future. This Policy is designed to cover both current and future features.

By using Zolpol, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use Zolpol.

Zolpol is a community-based digital platform that helps users connect with one another, create and participate in Polls and Events, communicate, manage Wallet activities, and use additional services that may be introduced in the future.

Zolpol is operated by Zolpol Software International, a registered Perseroan Perorangan (Individual Company) under Indonesian law and an entity approved by the Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia). The company is legally represented by its registered owner.

When you use Zolpol, we may collect the following types of information:

We request access to these permissions only when you use a feature that actually requires them.

Camera

• Taking profile photos
• Capturing photos/videos for posts, stories, or events
• Taking photos for Marketplace listings

Photo/Media Library

• Communication features that may be introduced in the future

Certain Zolpol features, such as Marketplace, Photographer, Instant Jobs, and Events, may require location information to function properly.

• Show nearby Instant Jobs
• Display local businesses
• Help users find photographers

For Zolpol Wallet, Top Up, Withdraw, and Event Payment features, we may collect and process:

Payment card or banking information may be processed directly by our authorized payment service providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Zolpol does not store complete payment card information on its own servers.

When using Marketplace, information you provide—such as product photos, titles, descriptions, prices, locations, seller profiles, and contact information—may be used to display listings, connect buyers and sellers, and facilitate transactions.

For the Photographer service, we may process profiles, portfolios, photos, locations, availability, service information, prices, and reviews so that users can find and contact suitable photographers.

For Instant Jobs, we may process job profiles, skills, experience, location, availability, applications, employer information, and contact information. Sensitive information such as national identification cards or passports will only be addressed separately if such information is actually collected.

For the My Business module, we may process business names, descriptions, categories, locations, contact information, photos, opening hours, products/services, and review information.

Our website and app may use cookies, analytics tools, advertising identifiers, SDK tracking, and crash analytics. We are responsible for appropriately disclosing the information collected or shared by the third-party SDKs we use, to the extent applicable.

Information you voluntarily make public, such as usernames, profile photos, public posts, comments, public polls, business listings, or Marketplace listings, may be visible to other users or the general public according to the relevant feature’s visibility settings.

Zolpol is not intended for children under [Insert Minimum Age], and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that information from a child was unintentionally collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.

To operate Zolpol, we may use third-party services, such as cloud hosting, payment providers, or analytics providers, that process information on servers located outside Indonesia. In such cases, we seek to ensure that appropriate safeguards are followed.

If a security incident or data breach occurs, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, certain notification obligations may apply to personal data protection failures, including written notification within 3 × 24 hours after an incident is identified where legally required.
